Adobe Printing Instructions
 If you open any of the PDF files on this website from within your web browser (rather than saving them to your computer for later use by using the mouse right-click and “save as” command) and then wish to print what you see on your screen you must use the Adobe Reader program print command not the browser’s print command; you will print a blank page otherwise. Remember: if you open the file from within the website you will then also start and open Reader (assuming you have Reader installed on your system). You then must use that program’s commands, such as Print, rather than your web browser’s commands.
